"I come here a few times a week and always am greeted with a friendly smile and "Good Morning!". I am not sure if it is the owner or manager who is often on the drive thru in the mornings, but he is great! Don't lose him! :)"

"Went in today and had a good expirience, as always. Never have any issues with this location. Today while dining in enjoying my meal another customer lost their temper at the teenaged employees, all of which clearly had their hands full with some other task. After a grueling 4 minutes of waiting for his food, the customer was finally served and promptly left in frustration. Despite this the team seemed to keep a positive attitude. This store is great"

"Just want to shout out to the tall guy working this morning! He wasn't on window but brought my order over and told me they were out of biscuits... Asked would you like it on an English muffin? I said sure sounds good. He already made it as such and passed it to the girl on window. We both laughed. It's not often people are confident enough to make the decision to change something up. That helped the line to keep going and gave me a good laugh. Nothing I love more than awesome service. Your parents should be proud."

"I live in town and frequent this location as I have had nothing but poor experiences at the north side location. I just wanted to share a positive shout out to the young lady working the cash at around 10am today. I enjoy the hot hazelnut lattes and more often then not they are made poorly (not specific to this location just in general) & I end up throwing most of it away. This young lady made it with love. It was absolutely delicious and her customer service was wonderful. Along with that the gentleman, whose name I believe to be Jim, that I suspect is either the owner or a manager constantly hustles and provides the best customer care. I have seen this man juggle several food orders at once and keeps his cool as best you can in that type of environment. Just wanted to give you all a positive shout out that is well deserved. We notice you and your efforts and we appreciate you!"

"The staff were really kind and when I realized I made a mistake in my order. They were quick to make the change without hesitation. Also, very polite when taking my order. Great location!"

"The staff are always so friendly here and makes me wanna come back for more. The food is on par with timmies quality expectations. The entry for the drive thru can be “interesting” if it gets busy. A shorter lineup can take precedence over a longer designated lineup. Issues will arise."
